This was actually my Bubbe Jennie's recipe but my mom made it too and it is great this time of year.
1 corned beef
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup water
1 or 2 tablespoons Guilden Mustard (my mom used 1 tablespoon)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
Cook corned beef about 1/2 hour per pound with pickling spices (add a garlic clove if you want to) Cool and slice. Then....
Bring all the other ingredients to a boil to thicken, then pour over sliced corned beef in layers and bake at 350 about 1/2 hour or so.
